Getting negative feedback on anything is never fun.
But if you get negative feedback on your Fiverr account, it can actually affect your cash flow!
Think about it, if two people were offering the exact same gig, would you order from the person with 100% positive feedback or the person with 95% feedback?
Likely you’d go with the guy who never got a complaint. Is it fair? Not always. But that’s why I created these 3 nifty little tricks to help you get rid of negative feedback on Fiverr.
3 Ways to get rid of negative feedback on Fiverr
1) Always add a guarantee with your delivery. A lot of negative feedback comes from customers who are disappointed by their purchase. By adding a guarantee, you’ll have a chance to keep them happy before they leave a red mark on your account.
2) If you get negative feedback, write to the Fiverr admins. If you present a good case as to why you shouldn’t have the negative feedback, they’ll lift it. A good example would be if a person simply said “I hate your work” without giving a good reason.
3) Deliver ahead of time. When people get their orders earlier, they’re more likely to be impressed by the fact that you were on time, and will overlook any negative feelings they may have had about your work in the first place.
And always make sure to be positive!
